Elizabeth Wimpsett is the Founder of The Social Boutique - Marketing Agency. Motivated by witnessing the exploitation of small businesses by predatory marketing agencies, Elizabeth launched her agency in January 2020 to provide personalized and empowering services to local businesses. Despite the challenges of the global pandemic, The Social Boutique experienced rapid growth, adopting a hybrid-remote office model and expanding its team to serve clients nationwide.

As a business owner, Elizabeth oversees various tasks including administration, team management, sales, and client communications. She adeptly navigated obstacles posed by the pandemic, ensuring the agency's success through flexibility and innovation.

Elizabeth and The Social Boutique actively engage with the community, supporting fundraisers and organizing events for children battling illness. Additionally, the agency prioritizes creating a supportive work environment for women, offering flexible policies to accommodate family needs.

NAWBO KY, National Association of Women Business Owners Kentucky Chapter, was formed in 2015 from the combination of two Kentucky NAWBO chapters based in Louisville and Lexington. NAWBO Kentucky is committed to representing a diverse rural and urban group of women business owners. Currently, NAWBO Kentucky is supporting the following markets: Lexington, Louisville, Southern Indiana, Northern Kentucky, and Southern Cincinnati. Several other markets are planned for 2024. Members are welcome from everywhere within the state.

The 2024 EPIC Awards will be held at The Olmstead on March 12th in Louisville, Kentucky.
